Week 2 Highlights: The Knockout King & The Battle for First Place!

Week 2 of the AIR21 Summer Pilot Session was absolutely electric! The focus of our clinic was "Vision and Precision," and we saw those skills translate immediately into some of the highest-scoring games we’ve had yet. With every team now having four games under their belt, the race for the championship is officially heating up.
🏆 Featured: The Weekly Skills Challenge Winner
This week, we brought a classic to the AIR21 floor: The Knockout Championship. After internal team qualifiers, our final six went head-to-head in a high-pressure shooting battle on Court 1.
CHAMPION: Apollo
CHALLENGE: The AIR21 Knockout Championship
Apollo showed incredible poise under pressure, knocking down clutch free throws to survive the gauntlet and claim the Week 2 title. He is officially our "Knockout King," and his photo is now live in the Winners' Circle!
📊 Game Day Recap: The Standings Shift
The intensity went up a notch this week as teams began to separate themselves in the standings.
Tar Heels Pull the Upset: In arguably the game of the day, the Tar Heels handed the Wolverines a tough loss with a high-powered offensive performance, finishing 23-8. The Tar Heels proved they are a force to be reckoned with in the race for the top seed.
Hoosiers Stay Hot: The Hoosiers remain one of the most consistent teams in the league, securing a 3-1 overall record after a gritty defensive win against the Bearcats (11-8) and a high-scoring shootout against the Tar Heels (19-16).
Spartans Bounce Back: The Spartans net a massive 23 points in their victory over the Bearcats, showing that they can light up the scoreboard when they find their rhythm.
