Our Story, Our Calling
For years, 21 Elite has been dedicated to developing top-tier athletes. But our calling has always been greater. We believe true victory isn't just found in points scored, but in lives changed. That's why we have evolved into 21 Elite Ministry. We are still committed to providing the highest level of sports training in Western New York. Now, that training is fueled by a greater purpose: to answer a higher calling to serve The Most High by putting faith into action. Our mission is to build up our community by serving our neighbors, mentoring the next generation, and integrating faith into everything we do.
How We Serve

Our premier evening safe haven designed to serve local youth during critical "at-risk" hours (operating Monday through Saturday from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM). L.I.G.H.T. stands for Leadership, Integrity, Growth, Health, Teamwork. This program provides a completely safe, welcoming, and high-energy environment featuring:
Free food and hot, nutritious meals.
Cooking classes and healthy lifestyle coaching.
Competitive and recreational indoor sports leagues.
Goal setting, financial literacy, and career planning sessions.
Positive Behavior Incentives: To reward consistency, character, and teamwork, we give away gift card rewards to top national and local retailers for outstanding attendance and leadership.

Elite Training, Eternal Values
We offer high-level basketball and volleyball clinics, robust financial aid for our travel team programs, and deep, life-changing mentorship opportunities. Through elite athletic training, we instill the values of discipline, perseverance, and strong personal character grounded in an unshakeable spiritual foundation.
Our competitive programs are built on an unyielding Energy Covenant—teaching our student-athletes that true character is broadcasted through their body language, vocal encouragement, and unwavering positivity.
Whether competing in local training spaces or standing on the court at major sanctioned showcase tournaments where college scouts evaluate who you are when you think nobody is watching, our players learn that their attitude is their greatest testimony. We are proud to expand these environments across Western New York, running specialized free clinics for organizations like St. Mary's School of the Deaf and regional group homes.

21 Elite C.A.R.E.S.
Our Community Action, Relief, and Empowerment Services are the hands and feet of our ministry. We provide practical help to families across Western New York through a variety of programs:
Ongoing Support Services: Through "The Champion's Closet," we provide free clothing at major events in a dignified "pop-up shop" setting. Our "Feeding the Hungry Initiative" includes community outreach where we pass out simple, easy-to-make meals like sandwiches, subs, and salads. We also provide free meals at our large community events and facilitate monthly volunteer days at local food banks.
Community Events: We host large-scale events like our "Back-to-School Bash" and "Operation: Community Clean Sweep."

Grounded in Faith
Our work is grounded in a deep and abiding faith in The Most High God, the creator of the universe. A central teaching of our ministry is the spiritual unity of all humankind. We believe the Earth is one country and all humanity and its citizens, promoting racial, social, and gender equality in everything we do.
Progressive Revelation & Unity of Religions
We believe God educates humanity through a continuous process of divine messengers. This is why we see all major religions as different stages in one divine story, with each prophet revealing a progressive message from God. This belief in successive divine messengers, and is why we draw wisdom and guidance from a range of sacred texts.
Our Core Beliefs about Christ
Within this framework of ongoing divine guidance, our ministry is centered on the teachings of Christ.
We believe in the Life, Death, and Resurrection of Christ.
We believe that Christ was accompanied by the Holy Spirit while on Earth and taught us to have unbreakable faith in the Father in Heaven, The Most High God.
When exploring biblical texts, our ministry teaches from The Message Bible for its accessible and powerful language.
