21 Elite Future Leaders Program
Empowering athletes ages 12–18 with leadership, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship skills.
About the Program
At 21 Elite, we believe athletes are natural leaders. The Future Leaders Program takes the discipline and teamwork learned on the court and applies it to life, school, and business.
Through hands-on projects, real-world simulations, and engaging workshops, participants build confidence, financial smarts, and entrepreneurial skills that set them apart for college, careers, and beyond.
Two Programs. One Vision.
The 21 Elite Future Leaders Program is divided into two tracks, tailored to age and development:
Junior Academy (Ages 12–14)
Focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship basics, teamwork, and digital money skills.Future Leaders Academy (Ages 15–18)
Advanced training in leadership development and entrepreneurship, including Shark Tank–style pitch events.
Both tracks prepare students to lead with confidence — on and off the court.

Quarter 3: Team Venture: Budget Bake Sale — Work in groups to plan, budget, and sell.
Quarter 4: Digital Literacy & Banking Simulation — Learn debit vs. credit, credit scores, and online money safety.
By the end of the year, Junior participants will have created budgets, run businesses, and learned how to manage money wisely.
